摘要
产业集群逐渐成为世界经济体中独特的组织形式,在推动区域经济增长方面有着重要的意义,该研究通过集群效应指标构建,运用AHP方法,得出柴达木枸杞产业集群的技术创新效应增长动力不足、大型领导企业缺乏、区域品牌拉动力弱以及人才引进与挽留机制不健全;并从内外兼治的角度提出产业链延伸、企业培育、技术研发、市场渗透4条路径,促使集群快速发展.
Abstract
Industrial cluster has become the unique organization form in the world economy,and it has important significance in promoting regional economic growth.Through the indexes construction of cluster effect by AHP method,the research showed that the problems of industrial cluster were as following:insufficient growth power of technological innovation,lack of large-scale leading enterprises,the weak pull of regional brands and unperfect mechanism of talent introduction and retention;Four paths to promote the rapid development of the clusterand were put forward from the perspective of internal and external,including industry chain extension,enterprise development,technology research and development,market penetration.
