农村公共文化服务体系建设现状及多维思考——以山东省为例

摘要
农村公共文化服务体系建设是全面建成小康社会的内在要求.近年来,山东农村公共文化服务体系建设取得了显著成就,农民群众的精神文化生活水平逐步提高.但与公共文化服务体系的目标要求相比,仍然存在一些问题.总结农村公共文化服务体系建设取得的成就,分析存在的问题,并提出改进的思路和建议,对于进一步推进农村公共文化服务体系建设、实现全面建成小康社会的奋斗目标具有重要意义.
Abstract
The rural public culture service system construction is the important content to complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.In recent years,Shandong rural public cultural service system construction has made remarkable achievements.Spiritual culture living standard of rural residents gradualy improved.Compared with the basic system of public cultural services goal request,the rural public culture service system construction still exist some problems to be solved.Achievements obtained by Shandong rural public cultural service system construction were summarized,the existing problems were analyzed,proposing improvement consideration and anvice has important significance for further promoting the rural public cultural service system construction and finishing the goal of building a moderately prosperous society.
