摘要
基于对嘉兴市四镇的调研,获取了"两分两换"政策的农户总体满意度以及经济状况、就业状况、社会关系、政策实施状况、生活条件5个单要素满意度情况,从农户视角分析目前政策存在的问题和亟待改进之处,并从农户参与自由度、农户投入、农户就业指导、政策执行4方面为政策的推进和完善提出建议.
Abstract
Based on the field research of four towns in Jiaxing city,this paper examined farmers'' overall satisfaction degree about "Two Separations and Two Exchanges" policy and five single-factor satisfaction degrees,including financial situation,employment status,social relationship,policy implementation status and life condition,which analyzed the existing problems of the policy and where it needs to be improved.Then this paper raised suggestions for advancement and perfection of the policy from four aspects,which are freedom degree of participation,farmers'' input,farmers'' career guidance,policy execution respectively.
