山西省农村劳动力转移与农业现代化发展的关系

摘要
根据统计数据,2005-2013年山西省农村劳动力转移人数逐年增加,农业现代化水平逐步提高;经统计软件分析得出,近年来山西省农村劳动力转移人数与农业现代化水平存在显著正相关关系.山西省农村劳动力转移直接或间接影响了农业现代化水平的提高,但是农业现代化的可持续发展还需要新生代农村劳动力的补充.
Abstract
According to the relevant data in Shanxi Province during 2005-2013,rural labor transfer number increased year by year,the agricultural modernization level rose gradually in Shanxi.In recent years,Shanxi Province rural labor transfer number and the level of agricultural modernization was in the presence of significant positive correlation based on a statistical analysis.In shanxi Province,the rural labor force transfer directly or indirectly affected the agricultural modernization level enhanced,but the sustainable development of agricultural modernization also need to complement the new generation of rural labor.
