民办本科院校学科专业建设探析——以武汉设计工程学院食品科学与工程学科为例

摘要
以武汉设计工程学院食品科学与工程学科为例,阐述了民办本科院校学科专业建设的重要性、应用性学科专业建设的重点内容以及与省内优势学科相比存在的差距.重点介绍了学科专业建设的思路,强调培养本科人才是根本,学科梯队建设是核心,课程建设是关键,科学研究是重点,教学和科研条件建设是基础.
Abstract
Taking the department of Food Science and Engineering of Wuhan Design Engineering Institute as an example,the importance of the construction of discipline and specialty in private undergraduate colleges,the key content of applied discipline construction and the gap between it and the dominant disciplines in the province were expounded.The idea of discipline construction was emphasized,which emphasized that the cultivation of undergraduate talents is fundamental,the construction of discipline echelon is the core,the curriculum construction is the key,scientific research is the crux,and the construction of teaching and scientific research conditions is the foundation.
