摘要
综述了傅里叶红外光谱技术的工作原理及其在生物大分子、亲缘地理学和生理学上的应用,指出了傅里叶红外光谱技术今后的发展方向,为傅里叶红外光谱技术在植物学领域的研究提供借鉴.
Abstract
We reviewed the working principle of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FFIR) and its applications in biological macromolecules,affinity geography and physiology,and pointed out the future development direction in order to provide reference for FTIR application in the study of botany in the future researches.
