摘要
综述了MDCK细胞的来源、生物学特性及培养方式,旨在为今后MDCK细胞的培养及流感病毒细胞介质疫苗的大规模生产提供理论基础与依据.
Abstract
The origin,biological characteristics and culture methods of MDCK cells were reviewed,in order to provide the theoretical basis and foundation for the future culture of MDCK cells and large-scale production of the influenza virus vaccine.
