摘要
以山西省农业科学院为例,阐述了近年来农业科技创新团队建设的主要做法及取得的成效,分析了团队建设存在的主要问题,提出了新时期进一步加强农业科技创新团队建设的相关对策和建议.
Abstract
Taking Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,we expounded the main practices and achievements in the construction of agricultural science and technology innovation team in recent years,analyzed the main problems in team building,and put forward related countermeasures and suggestions about further strengthening agricultural science and technology innovation team construction in the new period.
