立足农民视角,运用模糊综合评价法,通过比较平原、丘陵、山区农民对绵阳市新农村建设的满意程度,分析当前新农村建设取得的实际进展和农民实际需求之间的偏差,对进一步推进绵阳市新农村建设具有重要的现实意义.
Abstract
Based on the perspective of farmers,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,through comparing farmer's satisfaction with the construction of new rural in the plains,hills,mountains of Mianyang City,the deviation between actual progress and farmer's actual demand in the construction of new countryside was analyzed.The study has important practical significance to further advance the new rural construction of Mianyang City.
