摘要
在技术性贸易壁垒效应方面文献综述的基础上,分析了技术性贸易壁垒对我国出口农产品质量安全的影响,认为技术性贸易壁垒从促进技术进步的途径提高产品质量,技术性贸易壁垒有利于我国完善标准体系的建设,并能促使企业提高产品质量安全.
Abstract
On the basis of literature review about technical barriers to trade,the impact of technical barriers to trade on the quality and safety of China's agricultural exports was analyzed.It was considered that technical barriers to trade can improve the quality of products from the way of promoting technological progress,and technical barriers to trade will help to improve the construction of standard systems and promote enterprises to improve product quality and safety.
