亳州市农村土地制度改革思考

摘要
当前我国开展的农地改革主要是推进农村土地所有权、承包权、经营权三权分离改革,这有利于盘活农村土地资源,促进农业规模化经营,推进现代农业发展.该研究从亳州市农地改革情况出发,剖析改革中存在的问题,有针对性地提出完善性建议.
Abstract
At present,the agricultural land reform in China is mainly to promote the rural land ownership, contracting rights, the right to operate separation of three powers,which is conducive to revitalize the rural land resources, promote the scale of agricultural management, promote the development of modern agriculture.Started from the situation of agricultural land reform in Bozhou City,I analyzed the existing problems in the reform,and put forward the proposal of perfectness.
