摘要
分析了目前高校实验室在管理方面存在的各种弊端:实验室规模小,利用率低;不重视实验室专业技术人员队伍建设;实验室的规范化管理不完善等.针对这些弊端,从加强实验室信息化建设,促进资源共享;创新让学生走进实验室的管理模式;重视实验室教师队伍的建设;完善各项规章制度,加强实验室规范化管理4个方面提出了改革思路和具体做法.
Abstract
In this study,the existing problems in management systems of laboratory are explored.The experiments space and equipment in laboratory are not enough and have not served its turn.Team of experimental teachers,which are qualified and proficient,do not gain prominence.The normalized management of laboratory is imperfect.On the base of these problems,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions about the future innovation in the management,such as the intranet aided management facilitating the share of laboratory,the establishment of procedures in easy availability of laboratory facilities,the equipment and promotion of technicians' team,and the construction and revision of laboratory-wide rules.
