知行统一观下的植物保护专业实习探索——以青岛农业大学为例

摘要
以"知行统一"思想为基石,分析了植物保护专业实习过程中存在"知行不一"的现象,从各方面探索实习改革,介绍了以学生为主体、教师为主导,充分发挥学生的主动性,把"知行统一"融入植物保护教学工作,使学生成为"知行统一"的创新型人才.
Abstract
"Lack of unity of knowing-doing"is existing in practice teaching of plant protection based on the ideology of "Unity of knowing-doing". It was reformed deeply on practice teaching to cultivate talents, which emphasized the guiding functions of teachers and the subject position of students. Students' initiative should be fully displayed and "Unity of knowing-doing" of students should be integrated into the whole teaching process.
