摘要

[目的]探索烟叶外观因素在分级中的应用和感官评价体系的建立及参比样的制作方法.[方法]通过触觉和视觉相结合,对烟叶叶片结构所呈现出的内在和外观上的差异进行判断,对叶片结构这一因素进行可识别单因子划分,根据各单因子不同的感知和表现梯度进行一系列差异化排序,制作了紧实、僵硬、平滑3个单因子的参比样,并对参比样进行了适用性测试.[结果]参比样适用性测试表明,3个单因子参比样具有一定的适应性和稳定性.[结论]在烟叶结构参比样制作中可将烟叶分为紧实、僵硬、平滑3个因子.

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to explore the application of tobacco appearance factors in grading, the establishment of sensory evalua-tion system and the method of making reference samples.[ Method] Through the combination of tactile and visual, the internal and external differences of the structure of tobacco leaves were judged.In order to clearly distinguish the differences, explore the perception of sensory fac-tors, perceived grades and the factors of leaf structure could be identified to single factor classification.Then a series of differentiated sorting was performed by the different perceived and performance gradients of each factor was used to produce three single factor reference samples compact, stiff and smooth.Finally, the applicability of the reference sample was tested.[ Result] The three single factor parameters had a certain adaptability and stability.[ Conclusion] The tobacco leaves can be divided into three factors, like compaction, rigidity and smooth-ness.
