摘要
[目的]探究红莲型水稻细胞质雄性不育(CMS)与不同恢复基因之间的作用模式.[方法]利用特异性引物结合荧光定量PCR技术,在红莲型水稻近等恢复基因系L-Rf5、L-Rf6,恢复系9311和不育系粤泰A(YTA)中检测2个包台型恢复基因Rf1a和Rf1b的表达量.[结果]Rf1a在L-Rf5、L-Rf6、9311中都能表达,而Rf1b只能在部分材料或部分组织中表达.对同一时期二者的表达量分析发现,L-Rf5和9311的相同组织中Rf1a表达水平显著高于Rf1b,L-Rf6叶片中Rf1a的表达量则低于Rf1b.[结论]该研究结果对研究红莲型恢复系的遗传多样性具有一定的参考价值.
Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the mode of action of cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS) and different restorer genes in Honglian type rice.[Method]The expression of Rf1a and Rf1b of Boro-Ⅱ were tested by fluorescence quantitative PCR in the L-Rf5, L-Rf6, the restorer line 9311 and the sterile line YuetaiA(YTA).[Result]Rf1a can be expressed in all of them and Rf1b can only be expressed in partial of them. The expression level of Rf1a was significantly higher than Rf1b in L-Rf5 and 9311, and the expression of Rf1a in L-Rf6 was lower than that in Rf1b.[Conclusion]The results of this study have a certain value for the study of genetic diversity of the restorer gene in HL-type.
