[目的]探讨不同浓度苏云金杆菌(Bt)对美国白蛾的防治效果.[方法]采用不同浓度苏云金杆菌悬浮剂对美国白蛾进行室内防治试验.[结果]不同浓度的苏云金杆菌悬浮剂对美国白蛾的防治效果存在一定的差异,并在一定的浓度范围内随浓度增加而增强,苏云金杆菌悬浮剂500倍、800倍稀释液对美国白蛾具有较好的防治效果.[结论]综合考虑击倒速度和防治成本,采用苏云金杆菌悬浮剂防治美国白蛾,以800倍稀释液为最佳浓度.
[Objective] The aim was to study control effect of different concentrations of Bacillus thruingiensis (Bt) on Hlyphantria cunea (Dru-ry).[Method] We used different concentrations of Bt suspension to control Hlyphantria cunea (Drury) in laboratory and determined the control effect.[Result] Different concentrations of Bt suspension also had different effects on control of Hlyphantria cunea (Drury), and within a certain concentration range the treatment effect increased with the increase of concentration.Bt diluted 500 times and diluted 800 times liquid both had good control effect on Hlyphantria cunea (Drury).[Conclusion] Considering the death rate of Hlyphantria cunea (Drury) and processing cost, 800 times diluted liquid of Bt should be the best concentration for controlling Hlyphantria cunea (Drury).
