摘要
[目的]寻找提高构树种子发芽率的方法.[方法]以构树种子为试材,研究不同采种时间对构树种子发芽率特性的影响.[结果]8月份采种,种子发芽率最高,达96.3%,为构树采种的最佳时期;7月份采种,种子发芽率居中,发芽率最差的是9月份采种的构树种子,其发芽率仅为53.3%.[结论]该研究可为提高构树种子发芽率提供科学依据.
Abstract
[Objective]To find the ways to increase the germination rate of Broussonetia papyrifera Seed.[Method]Taking Broussonetia papyrif-era seeds as materials, the different effects of germination rate of seed collection time on the characteristics of Broussonetia papyrifera seed was studied.[Result]Seed production in August, the highest seed germination rate was 96.3%, and it for the best period of broussonetia papyrifera seed collection.In July, the seed germination rate was in the middle and the germination rate was the most common in September.The germina-tion rate was only 53.3%.[Conclusion]The research can improve the seed germination rate and provide scientific basis for Broussonetia papyrifera.
