摘要
在明确旅游用地内涵、用途分类与评估思路的基础上,提出专家综合决策法,对旅游用地中细分用途进行评估,并通过实证研究及结果分析,验证该评估方法的科学、合理性.专家综合决策法的提出可为当前各地开展旅游用地基准地价评估工作提供借鉴.
Abstract
Based on the clarification of the connotation of tourism land and the classification and evaluation of tourism land,we put forward the expert comprehensive decision method to evaluate the subdivision usage of tourism land.Through empirical research and result analysis,it was proved that the evaluation method is scientific and reasonable.The prospect of the expert decision-making method can draw lessons from the cur-rent evaluation of the benchmark land price of tourism land.
