摘要
"1+5"畜牧生态循环产业扶贫模式是由"政府+龙头企业、金融、合作社、农场主、贫困户"6方构成的种养结合、生态循环产业扶贫新模式.该模式对县内各种资源进行整合,再集中投向贫困村和贫困户,集中财力物力人力,做到精准"滴灌".把扶贫政策、项目、资金和贫困群众的现有资源资本化、产业化,创新推广股份合作、所有权与经营权分离的利益兜底、二次分红等产业发展新机制,充分发挥龙头企业在产业扶贫发展中的辐射带动作用.
