摘要
分析了现阶段鲁西南地区农村人力资源开发存在的问题:农村人力资源流动不合理,农村人才资源流失,基层政府的工作重点存在偏差.在此基础上,实现农村人力资源有效开发的对策措施,为鲁西南农村经济的发展注入新的活力.
Abstract
The problems existing in the development of rural human resources in Southwest Shandong Province were analyzed:The irrational flow of human resources in rural areas, the loss of rural human resources, and the deviation of the work of the grassroots government.On this basis,the countermeasures were put forward to realize the effective development of rural human resources, and inject new vitality into the development of rural economy in Southwest Shandong Province.
