摘要
根据我国林业现实特点,客观分析林业保险重要性,结合当前我国林业保险现状,对林业保险发展中出现的问题与阻碍展开科学客观的分析,最终从制度根本上提出解决问题的合理对策.目的在于解决林业保险最深层的法律制度问题,健全林业保险制度,深化集体林权改革,促进林业经济发展.
Abstract
According to the practical characteristics of forestry, forestry objectively analyzed the importance of insurance, combining with the current situation of forestry forestry insurance, insurance in the development of problems and barriers analysis scientifically and objectively, final-ly puts forward reasonable countermeasures to solve the problem from the root system.The purpose is to solve the most profound legal system of forest insurance, improve the forestry insurance system, deepen the reform of collective forest rights, and promote the development of forestry e-conomy.
