摘要
基于凤阳县水情和经济发展需要,分析了凤阳农业节水发展现状及存在的问题,指明了农业节水的方向、布局,并针对性地提出了农业节水保障制度,对凤阳经济社会可持续发展具有重要的现实意义.
Abstract
Based on water regime and economic development needs of Fengyang County, the present development situation and existing problems of agricultural water conservation was analyzed, pointed out the direction and layout for agricultural water conservation, and the insurance system was put forward, which have important practical significance for sustainable development of economy and society in Fengyang County.
