摘要
介绍了龙岩市"先流转后整理"基本烟田土地整理模式建设背景、运作模式,并以上杭庐丰丰济村项目区为例,评价其运行效益,剖析存在的问题,并结合龙岩山区实际情况,提出改善土地整理建设工作的建议和对策.
Abstract
We introduced the background and operation mode of the" first circulation after finishing" model of land arrangement of basic tobac-co fields. As the project area in Fengji Village,Shanghang County,Longyan City an example, we evaluate the operating efficiency and analyze the problem. Based on the actual situation in Longyan mountainous area, we put forward some suggestions and countermeasure to promote and improve the land arrangement mode of basic tobacco fields.
