摘要
以生猪养殖、屠宰加工产业链为基础,记录生猪在养殖、屠宰、加工、包装、检验、运输、销售等各个环节的数据,运用RFID和二维码技术,搭建自下而上的猪肉制品生产活动数据库,以实现猪肉制品的全链条溯源.
Abstract
Based on the breeding and slaughter process of live pigs, we recorded the data during the processes of pork production including breeding,slaughter,process,package,testing,transport and sales. Using RFID and two-dimension code, we established the database of pork production activities from bottom to top,in order to implement the integral traceablity of pork.
