摘要
以陕西省汉中市汉台区为例,就如何放活土地经营权问题进行了调研,主要是对汉台区辖区内土地流转情况及新型经营主体发展现状进行了调查,并与涉及土地流转的种养大户、家庭农场、专业合作社、现代农业园区等进行了实地走访座谈.分析了其中存在的一些问题,提出了相关建议,希望能对陕西省的农村土地流转工作提供参考.
Abstract
Take Hantai District of Hanzhoung City in Shaanxi Province as an Example, the issues how to liberalize land management rights were investigated, which mainly on the land circulation and the current development of new management entities in Hantai District. A field visit and discussion was conducted on planting and breeding large family, family farms, professional cooperatives, modern agricultural parks and so on which involving land circulation. The existing problems were analyzed and relevant suggestions were put forward, hoping to provide reference for the rural land circulation work in Shaanxi Province.
