摘要
以农业供给侧结构性改革为着眼点,结合农业生产属性,构建指标体系,利用因子分析法从生产条件、投入水平、产出水平3个方面对四川省农业现代化水平从时空两维上进行了综合评价.结果表明,2006—2015年,农业生产条件波动中提升,投入水平、产出水平及现代化水平整体提升;空间上四川省21个地级州(市)农业现代化水平差异性显著.提出了改善农业生产条件、合理规划农业生产结构、促进三产有效融合、适度规模化经营等促进农业供给侧结构性改革、提升农业现代化水平的对策建议.
Abstract
Focusing on the the structural reforms of agricultural supply side,squaring up the nature of agricultural modernization development, the evaluation index system was specified to determine the agricultural modernization development level in Sichuan from three aspects:Production condition, input level and output level by using factor analysis method based on view of space-time. The results showed that production condition upwards, though in fluctuation, and the level of input and output and the agricultural modernization development level are improved, too. Com-parison between the 21cities(prefectures)of Sichuan in agricultural modernization development level was quite notable. Then we suggested that to strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure, to plan agricultural production structure, to promote deep integration of primary, second-ary and tertiary industries in rural areas, and to increase the operation scales.
