基于对苏州市486户失地农民的调研,分析他们失地后的就业和生活现状及其面临困境的原因,提出了改善失地农民就业现状与生活困境的实践路径.
Abstract
Taking Suzhou City as an example,we investigated 486 landless peasants, analyzed their employment and living conditions, summa-rized the reasons for their difficulties, and put forward the practical way to improve the employment and life dilemma of landless peasants.
