摘要
涉农项目管理权限下放,实行项目分级管理的背景下,以海门市新型职业农民培育项目管理为例,介绍了基本做法,剖析了存在问题,并对进一步加强和改进新型职业农民培育项目管理工作展开思考,并提出了对策.
Abstract
In the agricultural project management delegation, under the background of the project classification management, and taking Haimen new professional farmers cultivate project management as an example, this paper introduced the basic practice, analyzed the existing problems, and put forward the countermeasures to further strengthen and improve the new professional farmers cultivating project management.
