摘要

[目的]优化工业生产中芦笋总皂苷的提取工艺条件,为生产中芦笋总皂苷的提取提供参考.[方法]模拟生产条件,在单因素(料液比、提取温度、提取时间)试验的基础上利用响应面法优化生产工艺.[结果]料液比、提取温度、提取时间对芦笋总皂苷提取率的影响均显著(P<0.05).通过Box-Behnken试验所得的结果和二次多项回归方程确立了最优的工艺条件,即料液比0.05 g/mL、提取温度72℃、提取时间82 min.试验得到芦笋总皂苷提取率可达到(8.71±0.3)%.[结论]采用响应面法优化工业生产中芦笋总皂苷的提取工艺条件是合理可行的,可以为实际生产提供指导.

Abstract

[Objective] The extraction conditions of total saponins from Asparagus officinalis in industrial production were optimized,which provided reference for the extraction of total saponins from Asparagus officinalis in production.[ Method] The experiment simulated the produc-tion conditions, and optimized the production process with the response in the single factor ( solid-liquid ratio, extraction temperature and ex-traction time).[Result] The results showed that, the effects of solid-liquid ratio ,extraction temperature and extraction time on the extraction rate of total saponins of Asparagus officinalis were significant (P <0.05).Through the Box-Behnken test results and two multinomial regres-sion equation to establish the optimal process conditions, namely:solid-liquid ratio of 0.05 g/mL, extraction temperature of 72 ℃,extraction time of 82 min.The extraction rate of total saponins of Asparagus officinalis under this condition was (8.71 ±0.3)%.[Conclusion] It is rea-sonable and feasible to optimize the extraction process of total saponins from Asparagus officinalis in industrial production by response surface methodology, which can provide guidance for practical production.
