摘要
[目的]通过消化试验来评定豆粕和菜籽饼对生长期藏猪的营养价值.[方法]选择30头平均体质量(12.12±2.56)kg、健康状况良好的藏猪,随机分成3组,分别饲喂基础饲粮、豆粕饲粮(15%豆粕+85%基础饲粮)和菜籽饼饲粮(15%菜籽饼+85%基础饲粮).采用化学分析法测定豆粕和菜籽饼中干物质(DM)、粗灰分(Ash)、粗脂肪(EE)和粗蛋白(CP)含量,采用内源指示剂(酸不熔灰分)法测定上述养分的表观消化率.[结果]豆粕和菜籽饼中DM、Ash、EE、CP的含量分别为88.49%、5.41%、2.58%、38.86%和90.32%、7.05%、10.23%、29.15%;生长期藏猪对豆粕和菜籽饼中DM、Ash、EE、CP的表观消化率分别为82.84%、27.25%、90.76%、84.36%和80.68%、20.64%、89.12%、79.86%.[结论]豆粕和菜籽饼均能作为生长期藏猪的饲料来源.生长期藏猪对豆粕和菜籽饼中不同养分的表观消化率存在差异,豆粕对生长期藏猪的营养价值高于菜籽饼.
Abstract
[Objective] To evaluate the nutritional values of soybean meal and rapeseed cake for growing Tibetan pigs by digestion experiments . [Method] 30 healthy growing Tibetan pigs with the average body mass of (12.12 ±2.56) kg were randomly divided into three groups.The pigs in the three groups were fed with basal diet,soybean meal diet (15% soybean meal +85% basal diet) and rapeseed cake diet(15% rapeseed cake +85% basal diet) respectively.The contents of dry matter (DM),crude ash (Ash),ether extract (EE) and crude protein (CP) in soy-bean meal and rapeseed cake were measured by chemical analysis method ,and the digestibility of the above indices for growing Tibetan pigs was measured by internal marker (AIA) method.[Result] The contents of DM,Ash,EE and CP in soybean meal were 88.49%,5.41%,2.58%and 38.86%,respectively,and those of rapeseed cake were 90.32%,7.05%,10.23% and 29.15%,respectively.The apparent digestibility of DM, Ash,EE and CP in soybean meal were 82.84%,27.25%,90.76% and 84.36%,respectively,and those in rapeseed cake were 80.68%, 20.64%,89.12%and 79.86%,respectively.[Conclusion]Soybean meal and rapeseed cake could be used as diet source of growing Tibetan pigs. There were some differences of nutrient's apparent digestibility between soybean and rapeseed cake for growing Tibetan pigs,and the nutritional value of soybean meal was better than that of rapeseed cake .
