摘要
以江苏省为例,介绍了土地财政的现状,分析了土地财政成因及存在的问题,最后提出在分税制体制、政绩考核指标及土地管理制度等方面治理土地财政的建议.
Abstract
Taking Jiangsu Province as an example, the financial status of the land were introduced, the causes and main problems of land fi-nance were analyzed.Finally,some opinions were proposed,such as changing the "land finance" the current situation, including reform tax system, evaluates the achievements and land management system, etc.
