汉中市汉台区农村耕地撂荒成因分析及对策

摘要
以陕西省汉中市汉台区为对象,实地考察了汉台区4个乡镇的耕地撂荒情况,分析了农村耕地撂荒情势,总结了耕地撂荒的各种原因,提出应以增加农业基础设施投入,提高耕地产出效益,加快土地流转等多种措施并举,从而减少耕地撂荒的有效对策.
Abstract
Taking Hantai District of Hanzhong City of Shaanxi Province as the object, the situation of abandonment of arable land in 4 towns in Hantai District was investigated on the spot.The rural abandoned land situation was analyzed, and the various causes of abandonment of ar-able land was summed up, then measures were put forward as increase input in agricultural infrastructure, increase output efficiency of culti-vated land and speed up the transfer of land, in order to reduce the abandonment of arable land.
