摘要
以食品添加剂课程辅助教学APP构建为基础,从该模式的优势、可行性、基于APP的食品添加剂课程移动教学内容设计与建设、食品添加剂课程移动教学实际意义等方面深入探讨移动教学模式构想.结合现代移动互联技术和食品添加剂课程教育教学内容,寻找迎合食品学科人才培养与教育教学的新思路,为高等院校教学模式的变革提供理论依据和实践参考.
Abstract
Based on APP construction of food additive teaching,the conception of mobile teaching mode of food additive was explored from the following aspects: mobile teaching advantages, feasibility of food additive teaching, design and construction,and the practical significance of mobile teaching.The establishment of the mode was aimed to combine modern mobile communications technology to food additive teaching content, with the purpose to cater to the new era of talent cultivation by means of new ideas, and to provide the oretical basis and practical ref-erence for further educational reform.
