规模化畜禽养殖布局环境敏感影响因素及区域承载力研究

摘要
阐述了规模化畜禽养殖环境敏感区的研究现状及影响因素,探讨了规模化畜禽养殖区域承载力研究现状,分析了规模化养殖发展存在的问题,提出了应对措施,包括合理选址、规范布局,加快中心村改造,合理规划产业布局,根据环境承载力确定养殖规模.最后以安徽省阜南县为例,进行了实例论证,结果表明,阜南县通过中心村改造工程,合理规划产业布局,有利于阜南县养殖业环评项目的引入,可以有效促进规模化养殖场的可持续健康发展.
Abstract
The research status and influencing factors of environmental sensitive area of large-scale livestock breeding were expounded,the re-search status of regional carrying capacity of large-scale livestock and poultry breeding was discussed,the problems existing in the development of large-scale breeding were analyzed,some countermeasures were put forward,including reasonable site selection,standardized layout,quickening the transformation of central village,rationally planning the industrial layout,and determining the scale of farming according to the environmental carrying capacity.Finally,a case study was conducted by taking Funnan County as an example,the results showed that through the transformation project of the central village and the rational planning of the industrial layout,it was conducive to the introduction of the livestock breeding EIA project in Funan,and effectively promote the sustainable and healthy development of large-scale farms.
