苗药烟管头草的性状与显微鉴别

摘要
[目的]研究苗药烟管头草的性状及显微特征.[方法]采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别的方法对烟管头草的组织特征进行观察.[结果]烟管头草主根不明显,侧根多分支;茎圆柱形,有明显纵条纹,密被白柔毛,断面外层表皮容易脱落,髓部为白色,质地松脆;叶互生,两面均被白色或淡黄色柔毛和腺点,多皱缩,易碎;花黄棕色.根横切面皮层宽广,近韧皮部有分泌腔断续排列成环;维管束外韧型,韧皮部与木质部间有断续成环的裂隙.茎表皮上有非腺毛及少量腺毛,皮层窄,外侧有2~3列厚角组织;维管束外韧型,约20~30束,韧皮部外侧有纤维束;髓部发达.叶上、下表皮均被腺毛和非腺毛,叶肉组织无栅栏组织和海绵组织之分,主脉上、下表皮内为数列厚角组织,维管束双韧型;气孔不定式.粉末呈黄绿色至灰绿色,导管多数,以螺纹、网纹为主,可见多数破碎的非腺毛.腺毛少见.以上描述可作为烟管头草药材性状鉴别的依据.[结论]烟管头草性状、显微特征稳定、可靠,可以作为其药材鉴定的参考依据.
Abstract
[Objective]The research aimed to study the character and the microscopic identification of miao medicine Carpesium cernuum. [ Method] The tissue characteristics of Carpesium cernuum were observed by character identification, and microscopic identification.[ Result] The main root of Carpesium cernuum was not obvious, the lateral root multiple branches; Cylindrical stem with clear longitudinal striation and densely white pubescent, its surface of the section was easy to shed, the pulp was white, the texture was crisp; Leaves alternate, both sides were white or pale yellow pubescent and glandular, wrinkled, fragile;Flowers were yellow brown.The root transverse section of the cortex was broad, and the near phloem had secretion cavity discontinuation.The vascular bundle had a fracture between the phloem and the xylem.There were non-glandular hairs and a small amount of glandular hairs on the surface of the stem, and the cortex was narrow.There were 2-3 col-umns of thick angular tissue on the outside.The vascular bundle was tough-shaped, about 20-30 bundles, and the lateral surface of the phlo-em was fibrous.The leaves and lower epidermis were both glandular and non-glandular hairs.The mesodermal tissue had no palisade tissue, the lower epidermis of the epidermis were a series of thick-horned tissue, and the vascular bundles were bipliable.Powders were yellow-green to grayish green, with a majority of ducts, mainly thread and mesh.Most of the broken non-glandular hairs were visible.Glandular hair was rare.The above description could be used as the basis for the identification of medicinal herbs Carpesium cernuum.[Conclusion]The character and microscopic characteristics of Carpesium cernuum are stable and reliable, which can be used as a reference for its identification of herbs.
