摘要

[目的]分析贵阳市花溪城区暴雨内涝灾害.[方法]从1981—2015年花溪区连续自记雨量记录中挑选降雨历时为5、10、15、20、30、45、60、90、120 min每个时段的年最大雨量记录,作为花溪区暴雨强度公式的计算样本,利用暴雨强度公式计算得出花溪区暴雨强度和降水量曲线图,分析花溪区降水特征和城市内涝灾害.[结果]暴雨强度公式是依据中华人民共和国国家标准《室外排水设计规范》(GB50014—2006)推荐的方法,计算过程规范,计算结果误差满足规范要求.花溪区历时5、10、15、20、30、45、60、90、120 min降水不同重现期下的降水强度和降水量不同.[结论]该研究可为花溪区各级政府和职能部门制定决策服务提供科学依据.

Abstract

[Objective] The research aimed to analysis the rainstorm waterlogging disaster in Huaxi urban area of Guiyang City.[Method] The annual maximum rainfall record for each period was recorded as a continuous rainfall record of 5,10,15,20,30,45,60,90,120 min in Huaxi District from 1981 to 2015, which was used as the calculation sample of the rainstorm intensity formula in Huaxi District, and the curve of rainfall intensity and the precipitation in Huaxi District were calculated.The precipitation characteristics and waterlogging disasters in Huaxi District were analyzed.[Result]Rainstorm intensity formula was based on the People's Republic of China national standard Outdoor Drainage Design Code (GB50014-2006) recommended method,the calculation process was normative and the calculation result error satisfied the spec-ification requirement.The precipitation intensity and precipitation were different at 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 min in Huaxi Dis-trict.[ Conclusion] The study provides scientific basis for making decision services at all levels of government and functional departments in Huaxi District.
