区域建设用地集约利用评价研究——以江苏省启东市为例

摘要
以江苏省启东市为例,采用主成分分析法对其区域建设用地集约利用情况进行了评价.结果表明:区域建设用地集约利用水平的高低与区域的经济发展水平密切相关;区位条件是区域建设用地集约利用水平的重要影响因素;区域建设用地集约利用动态发展趋势总体良好,但是拥有"开发区"和"园区"的区域,其二、三产业增加值与用地增长弹性系数较其他区域低,表明其建设用地快速扩张过程中存在土地利用不合理现象.
Abstract
By the case study of Qidong City in Jiangsu Province, we adopt principle component analysis method to make an evaluation on the in-tensive use of its regional construction land.The results showed that:The level of regional construction land intensive use in one area was closed related to its economic level;one area's location condition influenced the level of its regional construction land intensive use;the development trend of Qidong City's regional construction land intensive use was good as a whole, but the trend in the areas which had very big development zone or industrial park wasn′t very good, it indicated that there were some unreasonable behaviors of land use in these areas.
