摘要
概述了农业指数保险的由来、优势及发展现状,分析了广西蔗糖产业发展情况,对广西糖料蔗价格指数保险试点情况进行了探索,提出了进一步工作建议:精简保险对象;完善保障周期;提高保险预期;建立"以丰补欠"制度;争取国家持续支持.
Abstract
The origin, advantages and development status of agricultural index insurance were summarized.The development of sugar industry in Guangxi was analyzed.The sugar cane price index insurance pilot situation in Guangxi was explored.Suggestions for further work were put forward:Streamlining the object of insurance;perfecting the protection period;improving the insurance expectation;establishing the system of"abundance" and seeking sustained support from the state.
