分析了云南省农村劳动力资源的数量特征、质量特征,以及云南省新型职业农民培养现状.总结了云南省新型职业农民培育机构规模、培训内容、培训途径、培训对象、培训就业方面存在的问题.探讨了在中央一号文件指导下云南省新型职业农民培训的对策,强调应完善培训内容,拓宽培训途径,规划培训层次,并加强培训机构与农业企业的合作机制.旨在促进云南省新型职业农民培育工作的有效开展,不断提高职业农民培育在农业发展、农村进步中的作用.
Abstract
This paper analyzed the number and quality characteristics of rural labor resources in Yunnan Province, as well as the cultivation sta-tus of new professional farmers in Yunnan Province.It summarized the problems existing in the scale, training contents, training methods, train-ing objects and training employment of new-type professional farmers in Yunnan Province.Under the guidance of"Document NO.1 of the Central Government", it discussed the countermeasures for the training of new professional farmers in Yunnan Province, and emphasized that it should perfect the training content, broaden the training approaches, plan training levels, and strengthen cooperation mechanisms between training insti-tutions and agricultural enterprises.It aimed to promote the effective development of new professional farmers cultivating work in Yunnan Prov-ince, and constantly improve the role of professional farmers in agricultural development and rural progress.
