荔枝及荔枝多酚物质的研究进展

摘要
荔枝是药食兼用水果,为我国重要的经济作物水果之一,其鲜果、干果及其他加工品,历来在内销外贸上负有盛名,对农业和经济发展具有重要作用.阐述了荔枝保鲜贮藏技术、荔枝加工产品、荔枝不同部位多酚的提取及作用,重点对荔枝果肉、荔枝核、荔枝壳多酚类物质提取分离、生物活性方面进行了梳理归纳,旨在为荔枝的综合利用提供依据.
Abstract
Litchi is a medicine and food dual-use fruit,which has been important cash crop in China .Fresh litchi, dried litchi and other pro-cessed products of litchi have always well -known in domestic and foreign trade, that play an important role in agriculture and economic devel-opment.Storage technique, processed products and polyphenols of litchi were expounded, the extraction and separation technology and biolog-ical activity of the polyphenols from fruit, core and peel were summarized emphatically in order to provide the basis for comprehensive utiliza-tion of litchi.
