摘要
[目的]分析羊耳菊有效组分中的化学成分.[方法]采用UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS技术,对其中主要的化学成分进行表征,指认其中特征性、代表性的化学成分,并通过对照品进行比对.[结果]在羊耳菊有效组分中鉴定出12个化合物,分别为绿原酸、新绿原酸、隐绿原酸、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸C、洋蓟素、木犀草苷、东莨菪苷、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖(6→1)-α-L-鼠李糖苷、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷.[结论]明确了羊耳菊有效组分中的12个化合物,为羊耳菊药材的质量控制指标成分的选择提供依据.
Abstract
[Objective] To analyze the chemical constituents of effective components of Inula cappa.[Method] The main chemical constitu-ents were characterized by UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS, and the characteristic and representative chemical constituents were identified by comparing with the standard material.[ Results] Twelve compounds were identified in the active components of Inula cappa, namely chlorogenic acid, neochlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid, isochlorogenic acid A, isochlorogenic acid B, isochlorogenic acid C, cinarine,luteolin-7-gluco-side, scopolin, luteolin-7-O-β-D-Glucose(6→1)-α-L-Rhodiosin,luteolin-7-O-β-D-Glucose,apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside.[Conclusion] The twelve compounds in the active components of Inula cappa were identified, which provided the basis for the selection of the quality control in-dex components of Inula cappa.
