摘要
以大冶市金牛镇高标准农田建设的环境影响评价为研究对象,通过层次分析法、线性加权法和特尔菲法等对其规划前后的土地利用环境、土壤环境、水环境和生态环境进行评价.结果表明,规划后的环境有了显著提升.根据研究结果,提出了一系列针对金牛镇未来实施规划的具体措施,可有效改善研究区的土地利用环境.
Abstract
Taking environmental impact assessment for the construction of high standard farmland in Jinniu Town ,Daye City as the research ob-ject,the land use environment,soil environment,water environment and ecological environment before and after the planning were evaluated by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP),linear weighted method and Delphi method.The results showed that the environment had significantly improved due to the land use planning.A series of specific measures for the future planning implementation were put forward according to the results in Jin-niu Town.These measures could effectively improve the land use environment in the study area .
