海南省农村居民点用地现状评价及整治潜力分析

摘要
开展农村居民点用地现状评价及整治潜力分析,对各市(县)农村居民点用地现状进行评价,查找存在的问题及整治潜力的影响因素,设定评价模型和权重系数,测算人均标准居民点、农村危房改造、中心村建设、进城农民土地腾退及异地扶贫等5个方面的整治潜力.结合ArcGIS软件对遥感影像图、土地变更调查图、土地总体规划图等矢量数据的空间叠加分析成果,得出各市县农村居民点用地整治潜力结果,并划分各市县农村居民点用地整治潜力的等级,用以指导市县级土地整治规划的编制以及具体的农村建设用地整治项目的安排.
Abstract
Land use status evaluation and regulation potential of rural residential was analyzed, the status quo of the use of rural residential land was evaluated, the existing problems and improvement potential influencing factors were investigated .Evaluation model and weight coeffi-cient were set up to measure renovation potential of the standard residential areas, and rural per capita dangerous house renovation, central vil-lage construction, farmers in city land back, long-distance poverty alleviation and so on.Combining ArcGIS software for remote sensing im-age, and land change survey map, the overall plan of land space vector data overlay analysis results, the potential of the cities and counties of rural residential land regulation were concluded, and the level of the potential of rural residential land regulation were dirided to guide the planning of city and county land regulation and arrangement of the specific improvement project of rural construction land .
