农林类高校女研究生就业困境及对策

摘要
以农林类高校女研究生就业困境问题为切入点,对当前农林类高校女研究生就业的现状进行了分析,并探讨了就业困境的原因,同时结合农林类高校女研究生就业的实际情况,并借鉴欧美促进女性就业的策略,提出了相关建议和措施.
Abstract
In this study, using dilemma for employment of female graduate students from agricultural and forestry university as concerned point, employment of female graduate students were analyzed, and reasons of dilemma for employment were also discussed.Finally, it refered to several methods of Europe and USA and give some solution and suggestion on the basis of the actual situation of employment of female gradu-ate students from agricultural and forestry university.
