摘要
[目的]研究喷施草甘膦对抗草甘膦油菜物质生产的影响.[方法]以抗草甘膦油菜品种N07为试验材料,在施用氮、磷、钾和不施肥条件下,设置喷施草甘膦和不喷施草甘膦2个处理,测定油菜的产量、产量构成等.[结果]抽薹期喷施草甘膦,降低了抗草甘膦油菜初花期、终花期和成熟期各器官干重以及最终籽粒产量.籽粒产量的降低主要是由于角果数的减少所致,受每角粒数和千粒重的影响较小;抽薹期喷施草甘膦降低了抗草甘膦油菜抽薹后7d、初花期和盛花期叶片中以及结角中期角果皮中可溶性蛋白质含量和叶绿素含量.[结论]该研究可为抗草甘膦油菜的生产提供指导.
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to reseach effects of spraying glyphosate on yield of glyphosate-resistant rape .[Method]Using glyphosate-resistant rape variety N07 as experimental material ,two treatments of spraying glyphosate and control were set under applying N,P,K,and no fer-tilizer,yield and yield components of rape were determined.[Result]Spraying glyphosate at bolting stage,dry matter of various organs and seed yield of the glyphosate-resistant rapeseed reduced at the beginning and ending of flowering stage and maturing stage.Reduction of seed yield was mainly due to a decrease in numbers of pod,and it was less affected by seed number per pod and 1000-seed weight.Soluble protein content and chlorophyll content of leaf reduced at 7 days after bolting stage and beginning of flowering and full flowering stage;soluble protein content and chlorophyll content of pod shell reduced.[ Conclusion] The research can provide reference for glyphosate-resistant rape producing .
