摘要
[目的]研究有机肥对樱桃萝卜生长的影响.[方法]将实验室制备的4种有机肥(P1、P2、P3和P4)施加到土壤中,以土壤为空白对照,研究有机肥对樱桃萝卜发芽及幼苗生长的影响.[结果]添加37.5%中药渣的有机肥对种子的发芽和幼苗的生长具有促进作用,其发芽率为91.33%,高于土壤对照组;平均根长为2.665 cm,是对照组的1.02倍;平均苗高比对照组矮;平均鲜重是对照组的1.33倍;樱桃萝卜叶片中丙二醛含量与对照组接近;叶绿素含量明显比照组高,是对照组的1.39倍;叶片中硝酸还原酶含量是对照组的1.1倍;根系活力是对照组的1.2倍.[结论]添加37.5%中药渣的有机肥对樱桃萝卜种子的发芽以及幼苗的生长均有一定的促进作用.
Abstract
[Objective]The objective was to study the effects of organic fertilizer on growth of cherry radish.[Method]Taking the soil as control, four kinds of organic fertilizers ( P1、P2、P3 and P4 ) were utilized to investigate their influences on the sprouting of seed and seedling growth of ra-phanus sativus.[Result]Organic fertilizer added 37.5% herb residues could promote the sprouting of cherry radish seed and growth of seedling, the germination percentage of raphanus sativus seed was 91.33%,which was higher than that of the control group.The mean root length of Ra-phanus sativus was 2.665 cm,which was 1.02-fold of the control group;the average seedling height was shorter than that of the control group;the average fresh weight was 1.33-fold of the control group;the malonaldehyde content of blade was comparable to the control group;the chlorophyll content significantly increased,which was 1.39-fold than that of the control group;the nitrate reductase content of leaves was 1.1-fold of the con-trol group;the root activity was 1.2-fold of the control group.[Conclusion]Organic fertilizer added 37.5% herb residues could boost the sprou-ting of cherry radish seed and growth of seedling.
