黄山回溪河养殖光唇鱼全人工繁殖技术研究

摘要
[目的]在黄山回溪河实现养殖光唇鱼全人工繁殖,以促进黄山地区光唇鱼自然资源的保护及其在天然水域的人工增养殖.[方法]从回溪河采捕当年自然繁殖的幼鱼,进行驯化,培育至性成熟.通过养殖光唇鱼个体繁殖力测定,定期监测亲鱼性腺发育,采用外源激素催产、人工授精和流水孵化进行全人工繁殖.[结果]养殖光唇鱼对绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)具有较高的敏感性,当催产药物配伍中HCG、促黄体素释放激素类似物(LHRH-A3)和地欧酮(DOM)的注射剂量分别为1500 IU/kg、5μg/kg和5 mg/kg时,催产率最高,为85.0%,受精率和孵化率分别为86.1%和71.2%.[结论]养殖光唇鱼在黄山地区完全可以实现全人工繁殖.
Abstract
[Objective] To achieve the fully artificial propagation of cultured Acrossoche ilusf ascia tus in Huixi River of Huangshan Mountain and advance the conservation and artificial breeding of A.fasic atus natural resources in Huangshan area.[Method] Juvenile fishes were collected from Huixi River,and they were then tamed and bred to become sexually mature.Artificial propagation was conducted by adopting exterior hormones, artificial insemination and incubating in running water ,based on the measurement of individual fecundity of cultured A.fasciatus and monitoring on the gonadal development of parent fishes periodically.[Result] Cultured A.fas cia tus were highly sensitive to HCG.There was the highest rate (850.%) of inducing spawning of all with 1500IU /kg HCG,5 μg/kg LHRH-A3 and 5 mg/kg DOM in the combination of exterior hormones, while the fertilization rate and hatchability were 86.1%and 71.2%respectively .[Conclusion] The fully artificial propagation for cultured A.fas-ica tus was fully feasible in Huangshan Mountain area.
