摘要
以"创意农业"为理念,致力于卡通动漫视频信息服务技术研究与构建,将"创意农业"与"卡通动漫"互融,共推农村信息服务向纵深方向发展.阐述了研究主要内容,分析了有待解决的技术关键和研究的特色、创新之处,并介绍了总体技术框架.
Abstract
The concept of"creative agriculture"was devoted to study and construct cartoon animation information service technology.And the combination of"creative agriculture"and"cartoon"was devoted for the future development of rural information service .The main contents of the research were expounded.The key technologies to be solved and characteristics of the research were analyzed .And the overall technology framework was introduced.
