基于农户视角的干旱区绿洲蔬菜生产效率评估

摘要
根据入户抽样调查数据的基础上,运用数据包络分析法(DEA)对黑河流域中游张掖市蔬菜种植农户的综合效率、纯技术效率、规模效率进行测算.结果表明,张掖市蔬菜种植农户生产效率整体偏低,且农户间差异较大.其中,纯技术效率均值为0.78,效率较低,但仍高于规模效率的均值0.71,可见规模效率是导致综合效率偏低的主要原因.应在提高种植技术和管理水平的保障下,鼓励农户积极扩大生产规模,发挥规模效应,提高综合生产效率.
Abstract
Based on the data of household sampling survey, the comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of vegetable farmers in Zhangye City in the middle reaches of Heihe River Basin were measured by data envelopment analysis ( DEA) .The re-sults showed that the production efficiency of vegetable farmers in Zhangye City was low, and the difference among farmers was greater.Among them, the average efficiency of pure technology is 0.78, it is lower, but the value is higher than the scale efficiency.The average efficiency is 0.71.Therefore, scale efficiency is the main cause of low comprehensive efficiency.Under the guarantee of improving planting technology and management level, farmers should be encouraged to actively merge, expand production scale, play scale effect, and improve comprehen-sive production efficiency.
