摘要
从农业科技进步的基本内涵入手,分析了安徽省农业科技进步存在的主要问题,针对性地提出了整合农业科技资源,构建新的农业科技创新体系;加强农业科技投入力度,建立多元化农业科技投入机制;强化农民科技培训,提升农民接受新技术成果的能力;加快农业科技成果转化推广,完善多元化农技推广服务体系等加快安徽省农业科技进步的对策建议.
Abstract
Starting with the basic connotation of agricultural science and technology progress, the main problems in the progress of agricultural science and technology in Anhui Province were concretely analyzed,a series of countermeasures and suggestions were pointed out as follows:Tar-geted to put forward the integration of agricultural science and technology resources, to build a new agricultural science and technology innovation system;strengthen the momentum of input in agricultural science and technology, and establish a diversified agricultural science and technology investment mechanism;strengthen the scientific and technological training for peasant, enhance farmers'ability to accept new technological a-chievements;promoting the transfer and popularization of scientific and technological achievements in agriculture, and improving the diversified agricultural extension service system etc.
